A minimum of 24hrs notice is required to cancel an appointment, if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice then 50% of the treatment price will still be charged.

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time but will be charged at full price. ‘No Show’ appointments will be charged at 100%.
